SSC JE 2022 Tier-I Expected Cutoff, Important Update Regarding SSC JE Tier-II Exam 2022

SSC JE 2020 Tier-I cutoff will be declared by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in its official website. SSC has recently concluded the SSC JE (Junior Engineer) 2020-21 examination for recruitment of technical staff at various government posts and departments. SSC JE 2020 Tier-I exam was held from March 22, 2021 to March 24, 2021.

Only diploma or graduate engineers of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical departments are eligible for SSC JE. SSC releases the post wise, category wise cutoff and it is also different for every department (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical). However the salary structure is almost the same. SSC JE results are generally published by the commission within three months after the Tier-I exam is completed.

  2. The number of vacancies increases, the cutoff decreases and vice versa. The number of vacancies compared to last year is lesser.

SSC JE 2017 has been taken as the base year because the Computer Based Test (CBT) was conducted for the first time in SSC JE exam. Also the cutoff increased from there onwards. It is to be noted that no reservation for EWS category had been notified at that time.

SSC JE 2020 Tier-I Result Date, Update Regarding SSC JE Tier-II

The SSC JE 2019 Tier-I cutoff was released by the commission on its official website on March 1, 2021 whereas the SSC JE Tier-I exam was conducted from October 27, 2020 to October 30, 2020 and December 11, 2020. So it is generally 2-3 months. Following which SSC JE 2019 Tier-II exam was held on March 21, 2021.
