RRB JE Result 2023: Dates, Scorecard, & Selection Process

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will release the result and scorecard of the RRB JE exam on the official website. The RRB JE CBT 1 result will be issued in PDF format. Candidates will have to clear all four stages in order to get selected for the desired post. Candidates who apply for the RRB JE examination will have to undergo the computer-based test for stage I and stage II depending on the qualifying marks of the candidates in each stage. Normalization of Marks in RRB JE Result?

Whenever a CBT is conducted in different shifts, the Raw marks obtained are converted into Normalized/Standardised marks. RRB calculates marks on the basis of normalization. The reasons for RRB Marks normalization are:

• The process of normalization is done to make the Merit List fair.
• A common standard for the Merit List will be published in descending order and the allotment will be done as per the post preferences.

RRB JE Result For CBT I

The RRB stage 1 exam of screening nature. The score of CBT 1 will be normalized to shortlist aspirants for RRB JE Stage 2 or CBT 2 Exam. The aspirants will be shortlisted as per the merit list. The merit list will be issued on the official website of the RRB exam.

RRB JE Result For CBT II

The RRB Junior Engineer exam for stage II which will be the computer-based test consist of five sections in total. Candidates will be able to calculate the marks in the following way:

• The total marks of the exam will be 150, for every correct answer given by the candidates, they can add a +1 mark.
• Negative marking of ⅓ marks will be done for candidates who give wrong answers in the examination.

After the declaration of the CBT 2 Result, the candidates selected for document verification and Medical Examination. The candidates must meet the cutoff marks to be shortlisted. The minimum qualifying marks will be the same as CBT 1 of the RRB JE exam.

4. Click on your link and the scorecard download window will be opened.
5. Log in with your credentials such as registration number and date of birth.

Number of Shortlisted Candidates in RRB JE Result 2019

In case of two or more candidates securing the same marks, their merit position in the RRB JE Merit List shall be determined through the age criteria i.e. the older person will be placed at higher merit. Moreover, if the age is the same, the alphabetical order (a to z) of the name will be taken into account to break the tie.
