CDS Application Form Release Date
The application form of CDS is released online. CDS application form 2023 comprises two parts. In the first part, candidates need to register, choose their preferred branches, verify the details and generate their registration ID. In the second part, candidates need to pay the application fees, select the exam centres, upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
CDS Answer Key Release Date
The answer key of CDS is released by UPSC after completion of the recruitment exam. CDS answer key is released on the official website for different codes of test booklets.

CDS Result Declaration Date
The result is released in two stages: written exam and final selection. The commission first announces the CDS result for the written exam, followed by the declaration of the final result. The result displays the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates in PDF format.
The first stage of the CDS 2023 selection process is the written test which includes three papers - English Language, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics for admission in the Indian Military, Naval, and Air Force Academy. In the second stage of selection, they have to appear for the Personal Interview which will test their intelligence, personality and psychological aptitude. Ans. CDS result is declared within 2 months of the examination being held.
Ques. How many times CDS exam is conducted in a year?
Ans. CDS examination is conducted twice a year i.e. CDS I in the month of February and CDS II in the month of November.
Ques. I got Blank / Zero Registration No. after the submission of my online application form. What should I do?
Ans. If you do not receive the registration number, this may mean that the application has not been submitted successfully and you are required to apply afresh.
Ques. How long is the Registration window open for CDS?
Ans. The Registration window is generally open for 20-25 days. Applicants should not wait for a last-minute rush, instead, apply in the initial days of application release.
Ques. When can I submit an online application for a particular examination? Can I apply any time during the year for a particular examination?
