The APPSC is a two-tier-based examination. The candidates have to clear the Prelims as well as the Mains examination for the final selection. The candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam are shortlisted for the Mains exam and after Mains, the candidate is called for an interview.

APPSC Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

The APPSC Selection Process involves three stages:

  • Stage 1- APPSC Prelims Exam: The first stage is the prelims exam where the candidate has to give two papers of General Studies and Aptitude Test. If the candidate passes the exam the candidate is eligible for the Mains exam.
  • Stage 2- APPSC Mains Exam: The second stage is the Mains exam where the candidate has to give 7 papers out of which 2 papers are qualifying language papers- English and Telugu. The shortlisted candidates would be selected for the interview stage
