Stage 4: AP Police Constable Final Written Examination

Candidates clearing the above stages will be called for the Final Written Examination.The exam pattern for the various posts will differ in the final test. The candidates should carefully read the notification regarding the Final Written Exam of Andhra Pradesh Police Constable 2023.

• The final merit list will be based on the marks secured in the final written examination.
• A minimum of 40% is required to qualify for the OMR based examination.
• There will be 200 questions, each carrying one and two marks respectively, with 200 marks.
• The final examination will be for 3 hours.

• The first 20% of posts will be filled through the combined merit list of the local and non-local candidates, while the remaining 80% of the posts will be filled up by the local candidates only.

Merit List for Post Codes: 23

• The selection of male candidates for the Andhra Pradesh Police Constable will be based on the marks obtained in the final written test and the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which makes the total score 200 marks.
• Unlike the posts mentioned above, there will be no reservation for seats for the local candidates on this merit list.
